About Us

Windmill was the brainchild of a small group of bakers and retailers who decided to invest in the Windmill Bakery brand, they saw an opening in the market for a bakery that is customer centric and able to pivot quickly to the ever-changing needs of the consumer. The first store opened in Kingaroy in 2020 this is a full concept store and since more stores have opened as the express model selling a smaller range of the hero bakery products.
